Join us in the Sussex countryside for an afternoon of yoga and mindfulness. Through yoga flow and guided mindfulness practices, you'll have the opportunity to step away from daily life, create space to pause and reflect, and reset for the months ahead, leaving you feeling more restored.
An introduction to Marianne if you haven’t experienced her teaching yet:
Marianne offers a warm, grounding approach to yoga, blending mindful movement, meditation, and nervous system awareness. With a passion for understanding the mind and emotions, and a background in hypnotherapy, she gently weaves mindfulness and emotional balance into her teaching. Her intention is not only to help students feel calmer and more connected during class, but also to offer simple tools they can carry into everyday life to navigate stress, emotions, and challenging situations with greater ease.

Head up Mill Hill, follow the road around the sharp right-hand bend, then continue along the top. Take the first driveway on your right (just before the road turns into a track). Turn down the driveway and the barn will be on your right – you’ll be able to see the roof from the road.
This spring afternoon retreat is open to anyone who would welcome a sense of calm and grounding. It is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with a feeling of steadiness and support.
The afternoon will include a gentle, grounding yoga flow, moving into floor-based postures to help settle the body and nervous system.
There will be time to enjoy the Sussex countryside, weather dependent, either with a gentle walk or sitting with a cup of tea and taking in the view. Being outdoors can help us feel more grounded.
You will be invited to join optional journalling and breathwork, with a simple theme of tending what helps us feel supported and steady.
The retreat will close with a gong bath guided by Emma Driver.
This retreat has been themed by a idea that the world can feel increasingly busy and overwhelming. It offers space to slow down and explore how we can support ourselves to move through life with a little more steadiness.

Energise & Renew - FULL
A half-day yoga retreat on the 18th January 2026


This nourishing half-day retreat is designed to help you gently energise after the festive season and welcome a sense of renewal as we move towards lighter days.
Alongside uplifting vinyasa yoga (with different options for different needs), there will be breathwork or meditation, reflection, and a deeply restorative yet energising yoga nidra. You’ll also have the option of a refreshing hill walk (weather permitting) to clear the mind. Together we’ll move, energise, breathe, and rest.

Join me as I run my first ever retreat, I'm looking forward to sharing it with you!
This half-day retreat is designed to help you slow down, recharge, and enter the Autumn season with positivity and intention. You’ll be guided through a gentle yoga practice and simple breathing techniques to help quiet the mind - no experience needed. We'll also take some time for reflection with journaling prompts and the option to explore oracle cards - a creative tool for self-reflection and intention setting.
The afternoon ends with deeply restful restorative yoga and a guided relaxation known as Yoga Nidra, leaving you feeling refreshed and grounded.
