I have a complete DBS check and paediatric first aid certificate in place.

What I Offer

My Experience

My background in nurseries and after-school clubs means I bring plenty of hands-on experience working with children in supportive, creative environments.

I've worked with Brighton & Hove City Council's Healthy Lifestyles Team to deliver yoga and mindfulness sessions as part of their Young Carers Day, helping these children feel calm, connected and grounded through movement, breathing and play.

Setting up regular yoga classes for the Home Education community has been very fulfilling, bringing families together through weekly sessions at Yellowave in Hove.

I've run Tweens Yoga at Ochre House in Hove, creating a welcoming space where older children can relax, build confidence and feel comfortable being themselves during this important stage of growth and change.

I visit local nurseries, delivering fun and engaging yoga sessions that introduce preschool children to movement, mindfulness and relaxation in a playful, age-appropriate way.
