

Yoga for Kids
In my previous roles as a play worker in after-school clubs and nurseries, I saw first-hand how much children benefit from activities that encourage creativity, movement, and calm. For me - it felt grounding and fulfilling to work with them, so much more than my previous role in an office environment ever did. It felt like the natural next step to combine this with the adult yoga teaching I was already offering.

Yoga introduces simple mindfulness techniques that can help children manage big feelings, find calm, and develop tools to grow into confident, grounded adults.

What I Offer
On Wednesdays, I run drop-in classes at Ochre House in Hove for two age groups: 5–8 year olds, and children aged 11 and above.
I also provide nursery yoga sessions from age 2, yoga birthday parties, and a range of school-based activities including breakfast clubs, after-school sessions, lunchtime activities, and holiday clubs.

​Why Me?
I am fully qualified and insured to teach both children’s and adult yoga, with a complete DBS check in place. My background in nurseries and after-school clubs means I bring plenty of hands-on experience working with children in supportive, creative environments.
